Totum Partners are working with a leading law firm to recruit a Revenue Controller. This role will be responsible for billing, WIP and credit control. The firm uses Aderant, but is open to candidates with experience on other PMS.

The ideal Revenue Controller will be responsible for:

  • Own billing, WIP and credit control for your practice groups
  • Work closely with partners and lawyers on revenue performance
  • Drive billing activity and improve cash collection
  • Chase debt and manage client relationships directly
  • Resolve billing queries quickly and effectively
  • Review and allocate incoming payments
  • Prepare WIP and debt reports
  • Attend monthly partner meetings and follow up on actions

 

The ideal Revenue Controller will have:

  • Experience in revenue, billing or credit control (legal or professional services preferred)
  • Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and commercially aware approach
  • Solid Excel and MS Office skills
  • Experience with Aderant or similar systems is a bonus
