Totum Partners is working with an established Law firm to recruit a Head of Finance for their North London Office. This role will manage accounts' production whilst maintaining adherence to SRA Account Rules compliance, nd delivering financial reports and insights to Partners and senior stakeholders.
Head of Finance Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily activities of the firm's finance function
- Preparation of monthly management accounts according to strict deadlines
- Production of budgets, forecasts and cashflow projections, in addition to variance analysis and actuals vs budgeted figures
- Perform financial analysis and create and present reports and findings to Partners and senior stakeholders
- Monitoring of WIP, billing and cashiering duties
- Ensure full adherence to SRA Accounts Rules compliance and act as COFA
- Manage banking relationships
- Production of Partner drawing and profit share calculations
- Provide assistance with strategic financial planning for the firm's growth
Head of Finance Experience:
- APPLICANTS MUST BE CURRENTLY WORKING IN A LAW FIRM
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
- Strong SRA Accounts Rules knowledge
