Product Specialist – AI
📍 London or Liverpool (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
We're looking for a Product Specialist to join a growing AI product team within a leading professional services organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, helping to shape, deliver and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI tools across the business.
Working closely with the AI Product Manager, you'll support the full product lifecycle, from roadmap planning and backlog management through to user training, stakeholder engagement and product adoption. You'll also keep pace with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, evaluating new technologies and capabilities that could deliver value to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and enhancement of AI products and platforms
- Drive user adoption through training, communications and enablement activities
- Act as a key point of contact for AI product queries and workflow support
- Assist with roadmap planning, backlog management and sprint coordination
- Engage with stakeholders across the business, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Support governance, risk and compliance activities relating to AI products
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies
- Experience within product, technology, change or project environments
- Understanding of Agile ways of working and backlog management
- Experience supporting product adoption, training or user engagement initiatives
Experience within legal services, consulting or other professional services environments would be advantageous.
