Are you passionate about driving real behaviour change and helping organisations unlock the value of AI and digital innovation?

We're looking for a Product Adoption Manager to lead the rollout and adoption of cutting-edge AI tools, productivity platforms, and consulting workflows within a leading global professional services environment.

This is a highly visible role focused on turning innovative technology into measurable business impact. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, product teams, learning specialists, and AI experts to embed new ways of working across an international organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading adoption and change initiatives for AI-enabled tools and workflows
  • Designing role-based playbooks, communications, and enablement strategies
  • Building and managing champion networks across the business
  • Translating pilot programmes into scalable, firm-wide solutions
  • Measuring adoption success and driving continuous improvement through data and user feedback
  • Supporting the organisation's AI strategy as next-generation and agentic AI capabilities evolve

We're looking for someone with experience leading change, transformation, or adoption programmes within consulting, professional services, or other knowledge-based organisations. You'll be a strong communicator, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, and have a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation at the forefront of AI adoption, helping shape how hundreds of professionals work, collaborate, and deliver value in the years ahead.
