A leading international professional services firm is looking for a People Systems Analyst to join its HR team.

This role will suit someone with HR systems experience who enjoys reporting, data analysis, system optimisation and stakeholder support. Working closely with HR and business teams, you will help develop and maintain the firm's people technology platforms, ensuring accurate data, effective reporting and a strong user experience.

The role

  • Support and develop SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems

  • Produce HR reports, dashboards and management information

  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, configuration changes and new releases

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase automation

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity and GDPR compliance

  • Support annual HR activities including appraisal, pay review and regulatory reporting

  • Resolve system issues and manage supplier support queries

  • Deliver user training and maintain system documentation

  • Contribute to wider HR technology and digital transformation projects

About you

  • Experience in HR systems administration, HR systems analysis or HRIS support

  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills with advanced Excel capability

  • SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential

  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee data

  • Experience supporting testing, configuration and system enhancements

  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional services environment

  • High levels of accuracy, discretion and attention to detail
