An international professional services firm is looking to appoint an HR Business Partner to join its established HR team.

Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, this role will support designated business areas, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver people solutions that support commercial objectives. The role will also contribute to a range of strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects designed to enhance the effectiveness of the HR function across an international business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the people strategy across allocated business groups, ensuring alignment with business plans and wider organisational objectives.
  • Lead talent and performance management activity, including succession planning and partnering with specialist HR teams on the development of people frameworks and initiatives.
  • Drive workforce planning activity, identifying capability gaps and supporting resourcing strategies, organisational design and change programmes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver employee and partner engagement initiatives.
  • Support cultural and values-based programmes that strengthen employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including restructures, TUPE transfers, grievances, disciplinary processes and appeals.
  • Build effective relationships with senior leaders, providing commercially focused HR advice and challenge where appropriate.
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and wider change initiatives.

Experience Required

  • Demonstrable HR Business Partnering experience within a professional services or partnership environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including reward, talent management, performance management and employee relations.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels.
  • Strong coaching and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience leading projects and delivering organisational change.
  • Commitment to inclusive and culturally aware people practices.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a complex environment.
