  • Overseeing senior and business-critical hiring activity
  • Supporting and developing recruitment leads across different regions
  • Using market insight and hiring data to inform decision-making
  • Driving recruitment projects, process improvements and technology adoption
  • Promoting consistent recruitment practices and a strong candidate experience across the organisation

The successful candidate is likely to bring:

  • Experience in a senior in-house recruitment leadership role

  • A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Experience leading recruitment transformation or change programmes
  • The ability to operate confidently in a global, multi-stakeholder environment

This is an excellent opportunity for an established recruitment leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and wants to influence hiring at an international level.
