What you'll be doing
Leading complex bids, panel tenders and strategic pursuits from qualification through to presentation
Working with partners and business development teams to develop winning strategies
Creating compelling, client-focused proposals and pitch materials
Challenging stakeholders and adding commercial insight to strengthen submissions
Managing multiple high-profile opportunities at once
Supporting the Head of Pursuits with team leadership and best practice
Coaching colleagues and driving continuous improvement across the function
What they're looking for
Experience leading complex bids, pursuits or strategic proposals
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to work with senior leaders and challenge constructively
Excellent writing and proposal management experience
A commercial and strategic mindset
Experience within legal, professional services, consultancy, financial services or another quality-led environment
You do not need to come from a legal background.
