This is a senior, client-facing role focused on a defined portfolio of strategic accounts. As part of this relationship team of this international law firm, you’ll own the relationship development plan, keep it moving, and ensure delivery — both in terms of retention and new revenue. You’ll work closely with partners, BD team and the wider firm to turn client insight into tangible opportunities. Your role will include:
- Owning and driving client relationship plans across a portfolio of key clients
- Building and deepening relationships with key stakeholders
- Turning insights and market trends into growth opportunities
- Working with partners to shape account strategy and deliverables
- Supporting pitches, panel reviews and strategic opportunities
- Driving collaboration across the firm to bring the right expertise to the client
- Capturing and acting on feedback and use it to improve outcomes
- Sharing insight that drives smarter, more joined-up BD activity
With expertise in managing strategic client relationships, you will have a strong track record of growing accounts, spotting opportunities and cross selling. You will build credibility with the partnership, becoming a trusted adviser to the Client Relationship Partners you work with. You will be able to influence and challenge constructively when needed. Some experience within a law firm is ideal, but experience of working in a partnership is essential.
