What You'll Do
- Lead practice innovation and knowledge management initiatives.
- Help lawyers leverage AI, legal technology, and modern knowledge platforms.
- Curate and enhance know-how, precedents, and best-practice resources.
- Improve legal workflows, efficiency, and client value.
- Identify, test, and implement innovative solutions to practice challenges.
- Support change management and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified lawyer with strong private practice experience.

Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
