Working closely with senior leadership across the business, you’ll play a visible, trusted role in shaping and delivering lateral Partner hiring across key practices and jurisdictions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of lateral Partner hiring
- Building and maintaining confidential pipelines across priority markets
- Acting as a trusted advisor to Managing Partners, Practice Heads and HR leadership
- Providing real-time market intelligence and competitor insight
- Managing complex, high-value hiring processes, including business cases and due diligence
- Owning senior candidate relationships from first approach through to onboarding
- Partnering with top-tier search firms to deliver against strategic hiring plans
