My client is a growing management consultancy with a strong market reputation and clear ambition to further build its brand, visibility and influence. The role

 

My client is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager to support and deliver the firm’s marketing activity. The role will be shaped around the experience of the successful candidate, offering scope to operate with meaningful ownership and responsibility.

 

Based in London and working across both offices, the position focuses on delivering targeted, sophisticated marketing that strengthens the firm’s market presence. The role works closely with senior Client Partners and plays a visible part in how the firm communicates its expertise, insight and impact.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Deliver marketing activity aligned to the firm’s overall positioning and growth objectives
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn and website channels
  • Own content planning and delivery across priority sectors, services and themes
  • Develop and refine insight‑led content, thought leadership and campaign materials
  • Work with Client Partners to tailor messaging and materials for specific audiences and business priorities
  • Manage survey‑based marketing initiatives and ensure outputs are effectively leveraged
  • Track marketing performance, competitor activity and market trends, providing clear insight and recommendations
  • Produce marketing reporting and analysis using CRM and Excel‑based tools
  • Maintain the quality and usability of the firm’s CRM, credentials and knowledge base
  • Support relationships with external suppliers, agencies and media where appropriate

 

Person specification

  • Experience delivering marketing activity within a professional or advisory services environment
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt as needed
  • Strong written communication skills with close attention to detail
  • Confident presenting ideas and recommendations clearly and professionally
  • Experience using CRM and reporting tools, with Salesforce exposure advantageous
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools to support content creation and efficiency
