An opportunity to join a leading international professional services firm as HR Business Partner, supporting a defined client group across the UK.

This is a visible, commercially focused role, partnering closely with senior leaders to drive performance through effective people strategy. You’ll operate across the full employee lifecycle, advising on complex people matters, shaping engagement and supporting the delivery of high-impact change.

Working as part of a broader People & Culture function, you’ll collaborate with centres of expertise to deliver joined-up, pragmatic solutions that align with business priorities. The role combines strategic input with hands-on delivery, and will suit someone comfortable operating at pace within a dynamic, evolving environment.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Trusted advisory support to senior stakeholders
  • Employee relations and risk management
  • Talent development and retention
  • Supporting business-wide change and transformation
  • Driving engagement and high-performance culture

We’re looking for an experienced HR generalist with strong professional services exposure, confident operating at senior level, and able to influence, challenge and deliver with credibility.

A background supporting a technology-enabled workforce would be beneficial.

Based in Scotland with hybrid working, this role involves regular travel to London.
