Business Development Manager | Midlands | Hybrid

I'm working with a well-established, ambitious law firm that is investing heavily in growth and looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of its expansion.

This is a true business development role focused on winning new clients, developing relationships with owner-managed businesses, building networks across the region and identifying opportunities to increase revenue. You'll work closely with partners to shape growth plans, generate leads and strengthen existing client relationships through cross-selling and strategic account development.

Key responsibilities:

Driving new business opportunities and profitable growth.

Building relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs and professional introducers.

Identifying cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines.

Supporting pitches, proposals and client growth strategies.

Developing and maintaining a strong external network.

Using market intelligence and CRM data to identify opportunities and track performance.

About you:

Proven track record in business development, sales or client relationship management.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Commercially minded with the ability to spot opportunities and convert them into revenue.

Experience within legal, professional services or another relationship-led B2B environment would be highly advantageous.
