Totum Partners are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Revenue Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

This role has been created to support a key finance project and would suit an experienced legal revenue professional with strong billing expertise. The successful candidate will take ownership of complex billing arrangements, provide support on non-standard revenue matters and work closely with stakeholders across the business to review and improve existing processes.

The ideal Revenue Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing complex and bespoke billing arrangements.

• Acting as a key point of contact for non-standard billing requirements.

• Working closely with partners, fee earners and finance colleagues to resolve complex billing matters.

• Managing reconciliations and ensuring the accurate delivery of billing requirements.

• Developing a detailed understanding of existing revenue processes.

• Reviewing current workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Providing recommendations and guidance to senior stakeholders on revenue-related matters.

• Supporting the delivery of a key finance project.

• Helping to establish and document effective revenue processes and procedures.

The ideal Revenue Manager will possess:

• Previous legal Revenue Management, Revenue Control or Billing experience gained within a law firm environment.

• Experience managing complex billing arrangements and bespoke client requirements.

• Strong technical billing and revenue knowledge.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience reviewing and improving operational processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive and hands-on approach.

• The ability to operate effectively within a changing environment.
