Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational delivery across a large business services function, ensuring teams, processes and capacity are aligned to business priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, workflows and service delivery to improve efficiency, quality and client experience.
- Use data, commercial insight and performance measures to support profitable, scalable growth.
- Build strong team capability through effective leadership, performance management, succession planning and development.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to strengthen service offering, improve collaboration and support strategic change.
