Based in the Cayman Islands, you will work closely with partners and senior leadership to shape regional strategy, drive growth and deepen key client relationships. You will lead an established regional M&BD team and connect local priorities with the wider global strategy across a sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional platform.
You will act as a trusted adviser on growth, client development and market positioning. You will shape and deliver the regional M&BD strategy across the Americas and lead on cross-border client programmes, strategic account management and cross-selling initiatives.
With significant business development experience across professional services, you will combine strong commercial judgement with the credibility to influence partners and senior stakeholders. A track record of delivering revenue growth, building strategic client relationships and leading high-performing teams will be key.
