Head of Change & Transformation

A leading international law firm is seeking a Head of Change & Transformation to join its senior leadership team at a pivotal point in its strategic journey.
This high-profile global role will lead the firm's transformation agenda, taking ownership of a strategic portfolio of change programmes spanning operating model redesign, process improvement, technology transformation and new ways of working.
Working closely with C-suite stakeholders, partners and senior business leaders, the successful candidate will drive the delivery of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives whilst building and leading a high-performing transformation function.
This opportunity would suit an experienced transformation leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale change within professional services, legal or partnership-led organisations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex global transformation programmes from strategy and business case through to implementation and benefits realisation.
- Managing the firm's strategic change portfolio, ensuring clear governance, prioritisation and investment decision-making.
- Driving operating model, process, technology and organisational transformation initiatives.
- Developing and delivering change strategies to ensure successful adoption across a global stakeholder community.
- Partnering with senior leadership to shape the transformation roadmap and future operating model.
- Building, developing and leading a growing team of project and change professionals.
- Providing executive-level reporting on programme progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Significant experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within legal, professional services or similarly complex partnership environments.
- Strong portfolio management expertise across multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.
- Experience delivering operating model, organisational, process and technology-enabled transformation.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with credibility at Board, Partner and C-suite level.
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing transformation teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, political awareness and the ability to navigate complex global organisations.
