Totum Partners is working with a leading international law firm to recruit an E-Billing Specialist. This role will be responsible for the accurate and timely submission of electronic invoices through a range of client e-billing platforms, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal billing processes.
The ideal E-Billing Specialist will be responsible for:
- Processing and uploading invoices through various e-billing platforms
- Ensuring invoices are submitted within client deadlines
- Managing invoice rejections, short payments and billing queries
- Maintaining billing data within e-billing systems
- Reconciling billing information between Aderant and client portals
- Liaising with partners, fee earners and Credit Control teams
- Supporting reporting, accruals and budget updates
- Ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines and vendor requirements
The ideal E-Billing Specialist will have:
- Previous e-billing experience
- Experience of complex and high-volume billing
- Professional services experience, ideally within a law firm
- Experience using Aderant or a similar practice management system
- Knowledge of multiple e-billing platforms
- Strong Excel and IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Multi-currency billing experience would be advantageous
