  • Working closely with client e-billing teams, fee earners and internal finance teams throughout the billing process.
  • Investigating and resolving e-billing rejections and queries promptly.
  • Managing e-billing systems, ensuring client rates and billing information remain accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinating accruals, budgets and reporting for submission through client portals.
  • Monitoring outstanding e-bills and working with Working Capital teams to ensure invoices progress through to payment.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve e-billing processes and reporting.
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues on e-billing processes and requirements.

The ideal E-Biller will be responsible for:

  • Previous experience working in an e-billing or billing role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.

  • Strong Excel skills with excellent numeracy and analytical ability.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify improvements to existing processes.
  • Collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
