Chief Executive Officer, Tees

Totum Partners are delighted to be partnering with Tees on the appointment of its next Chief Executive Officer.

Tees is a highly successful legal and financial services business, with revenues of £37.7m, more than 400 people and 31 partners, operating across five offices in Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridgeshire.

Following a decade of strong financial growth and transformation, the business is entering an exciting next phase. Tees is looking to build on these strong foundations, with ambitious plans for the future, a clear focus on sustained profitable growth, and the continued development of Tees Wealth.

Importantly, this ambition is underpinned by Tees' strong sense of identity and commitment to the communities in which it operates. As the business continues to grow and evolve, the new CEO will play an important role in ensuring its values, culture and connection to the communities it serves remain at the heart of the organisation.

The new CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership across the legal and financial services business, with responsibility for delivering sustainable growth, driving performance and profitability, embracing technology and AI, and ensuring the business continues to attract and develop exceptional people. They will also play a critical role in bringing the partnership and wider leadership team with them as the business continues to evolve.

The firm is looking for an exceptional, commercially minded and values-led leader with significant senior leadership experience, ideally gained within legal, financial or broader professional services. They will combine strategic vision with operational and financial rigour and bring a strong track record of growth, transformation and leading change.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an ambitious and successful business at an important point in its evolution, combining significant growth aspirations with a strong culture, clear values and a genuine connection to the communities it serves.
