We currently have a very exciting opportunity to work in our expanding Technology team at Totum.
In essence, this function covers recruiting all Technology areas, including Cloud and Infrastructure platforms, Project Management and Delivery, Architecture, Security and Data, which all contribute to the makeup of a firm’s IT department. Quite often this creates an exciting opportunity for us to look beyond the immediate industry and bring new talent into the sector.
We are looking for someone who understands the importance to build a network of candidates in this area, has the commercial insights and specialist technical skills required to recruit, confidently deliver and succeed within our department.
You will also have access to a team of internal researchers who are able to help us build bespoke searches and pipelines, enabling us to focus on developing stronger candidate and client relationships.
As a Consultant you will utilise your market knowledge to advise your clients; helping to scope out roles, develop compelling job descriptions, agreeing strategies for sourcing the right candidates, and support firms through the whole process. This makes it a unique opportunity, giving you the chance to create your own brand in the market and work on some really interesting and business-critical projects.
