Location: Central London

Hybrid working: 50/50

Salary: Dependant on experience (there is a question box to share your expectations on the application)

 

A top 10 global Law firm based in central London are searching for a Change Manager to join them on a 12-month FTC. You will play a critical role in leading and co-ordinating change strategy to close the GenAI readiness gap by driving adoption and upskilling across all levels of the firm. This is a new role that has been created to support their GenAI programme which looks to explore the potentials and limitations of the technology as it advances.

 

Key experience:

  • Strong technical project-based change management experience (ideally within legal or professional services)
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Practical experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience working on global projects, understanding of impact of different cultural / local issues, whilst keeping focus on global nature of solution

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Craft a change story for GenAI that highlights the opportunity and value at stake for the firm, including vision, case for change, and key messages
  • Create and manage the overarching change management approach, including setting KPI’s to track changes set out in the project strategy
  • Develop a view of key personas to inform our change efforts and develop and maintain the programme’s stakeholder matrix
  • Work with teams across the programme to understand and anticipate changes that will impact teams across the firm
  • Identify areas of resistance to change, measure and mitigate risks associated with change adoption

 

This role is a 12-month FTC that is highly likely to become permanent. The role is hybrid working with a central London based office.
