Technical Business Analyst
My client, a UK law firm with offices in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. Joining the growing Apps & Data team, the Technical Business Analyst will take a lead role in the implementation and ongoing development of a new legal case management system (CMS), ultimately driving process improvement across the firm.
The Technical Business Analyst will have both an IT and business facing role, acting as the conduit between the developers and the end users – partners, lawyers, and business services staff. They will enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, building relationships and communicating the benefits of said technology.
The successful candidate will have circa 2+ years of experience in a BA role. Exposure to CMS would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite, rather demonstrable experience as the interface between technical and user teams, ideally in a professional services (law, accountancy, or consultancy firm) environment.
My client has adopted a hybrid working model or circa 2 days in the office per week, however, there is flexibility on this. They’re a super collaborative and friendly firm, seeking a team player.
