Strategic Project Consultant
We are currently partnering with this prestigious law firm on the hiring of their newly created Strategic Project Consultant, where you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and project management within our professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on initiatives and projects, prioritizing impactful stakeholder engagement and achieving successful outcomes.
- Assist our COO and the Practice Improvement & Innovation team in executing process changes, maintaining transparent communication, and tracking progress effectively.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our practice operations to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate long-term growth
Required Experience and Skills:
- Prior background in consulting, process/project management, or similar capacities, preferably within professional services settings.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders effectively.
- Outstanding communication proficiencies, encompassing both written and verbal aspects, along with the capability to craft persuasive presentations and documents.
- Competence in financial management, involving modeling and analysis.
- Proven track record in applying business analysis and project management expertise to attain desired objectives.
- Team-oriented mindset, capable of fostering collaboration, motivating colleagues, and instigating change.
This position is located in central London and follows a hybrid work policy, requiring two days per week in the office
