Job Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation and delivery of infrastructure projects on client sites.
- You will help the build and configuration of secure, cloud-first environments for new and existing clients.
- Working within agreed project plans and technical designs, you will ensure infrastructure is delivered cleanly, securely and to a consistently high standard.
- This is a hands-on delivery role covering the full lifecycle from infrastructure build through to endpoint deployment, user acceptance testing and structured handover to support.
- Build and configuration of new greenfield client environments, utilising M365 products.
- Build, configure and deploy Microsoft Azure IaaS infrastructure using defined standard build approaches and best practice patterns.
- Configure and deploy security tooling such as EDR & IDR, MFA, DNS filtering and email security as part of structured projects.
- Provide senior technical support during post-project phases to ensure a smooth transition from project delivery into service support.
Skills Required
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, Conditional Access and Defender), Microsoft Azure IaaS, Autopilot, Network fundamentals, PowerShell, AVD, Security tools and cloud infrastructure platforms.
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects end-to-end, preferably within an MSP environment.
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days onsite/3 days WFH.
