This award-winning, ambitious international law firm is seeking a Senior Transformation Project Manager to join their Project and Change team. The Project Manager will work throughout the life of the project to ensure the effective engagement of stakeholders across the firm, evaluation of the readiness of change recipients and the successful embedding of change initiatives across the firm to drive benefits realisation.

The Transformation Project Manager will have accountability for defining and embedding a change across the firm, utilising project methodologies. They will be responsible for advising on the design, development and implementation of change management activities required to ensure the entire portfolio of change is able to deliver successfully.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience of shaping and delivering complex change management steams for transformation programmes with client-centric mindset
  • Experience within the professional services or legal sector or the ability to adjust to a complex Partnership environment is critical
  • Experience in defining and implementing a structured methodology to deliver change management activities
  • A focus on delivering tangible business outcomes, with a clear view for how change fits in to the broader business agenda

My client has adopted a hybrid working model of circa 2-3 days in the office per week.
