About the Role
This role will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the billing process, in addition to providing follow-up support to billing attorneys, secretaries, practice office staff, and clients in all aspects related to billing.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Act as an intermediary between practice office billing staff, billing attorney, secretarial staff and clients' staff by providing supporting and responding to external and internal inquiries.
- Providing accurate and timely completion of assignments and inquiry responses
- Communicating with clients to ensure requests from the billing staff are being met and updating clients on the status of tasks and/or projects.
- Acting as a liaison with eBilling team
Ideal candidates will have:
- General accounting experience
- Prior experience with Elite Enterprise or 3E Billing system
- Strong preference for candidates who have worked in an international law firm environment.
- Previous supervisory experience will be advantageous.
