Totum Partners is working with a global Law firm to recruit a Senior Pricing Advisor in a newly-created role. You will shape how the firm prices AI-enabled work, and the employer is looking for applicants with 3+ years' pricing experience in Legal or Consultancy firms, ideally with exposure to AI-enabled pricing.
Senior Pricing Advisor with Global Law Firm
3 days-a-week in office, 2 days WFH (this may rise to 3 days-a-week WFH when settled in)
Pricing Responsibilities:
- Advise Partners on how best to price AI-enabled work to maximise profitability
- Shape the way AI-enabled work is priced firm-wide moving into the future
- Respond to RFPs and create bespoke value-based pricing models and proposals and AFAs, and present these to Partners/Fee Earners for client negotiations
- Undertake research and monitor market trends on how Gen AI pricing is evolving in other Professional Services firms
- Provide training on Gen AI pricing and profitability to enhance firm-wide understanding
Pricing Experience:
- 3+ years' pricing experience within a Legal or Professional Services/LLP
- Experience with Gen AI/AI-enabled pricing is highly desirable
- Strong (non-financial) stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Confident in pricing analysis and creation of bespoke value-based pricing models/proposals and AFAs
