The Opportunity:
This newly created role sits within a flagship Go to Market team, established to unify and elevate the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. As Senior Marketing Programme Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of strategic marketing programmes - comprehensive, ongoing initiatives that encompass multiple campaigns and activities designed to achieve long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee firm-wide marketing programmes, each comprising a series of integrated campaigns, events, and content streams
- Ensure programmes are aligned with business strategy, client needs, and revenue goals
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of programmes, from ideation and stakeholder engagement to execution, measurement, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with partner sponsors, working groups, and cross-functional teams to ensure programme success
- Advise senior stakeholders on programme strategy and objectives, influencing outcomes and driving best practice
- Champion innovation, data-driven decision-making, and competitor insight
- Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Present programme results and recommendations to senior leadership
Person Specification:
- Proven experience leading strategic marketing programmes (not just individual campaigns) with measurable business development outcomes, ideally within accountancy, law, or professional services
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive innovation
- Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results across multiple campaigns and activities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
