You’ll also mentor team members, foster collaboration across practices and regions, and play a key role in identifying new opportunities for the firm.
Requirements:
- Background in business development within professional services.
- Knowledge of the financial institutions sector.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strategic projects.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused.
