Join a dynamic team at a leading international professional services firm as the Financial Institutions Sector Lead. This is a unique opportunity to drive sector strategy, lead business development initiatives, and make a tangible impact on client relationships and market positioning.

Role Overview:
As the driving force behind the sector’s growth, you will craft and implement a comprehensive plan that aligns with the wider business vision. You’ll provide valuable insights to inform decision-making, build strong connections with colleagues and clients, and champion innovative communication approaches. Your remit will include managing high-profile projects, supporting the delivery of thought leadership, and ensuring the smooth running of sector-specific activities. You’ll also mentor team members, foster collaboration across practices and regions, and play a key role in identifying new opportunities for the firm.

Requirements:

  • Background in business development within professional services.
  • Knowledge of the financial institutions sector.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strategic projects.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused.
