We are delighted to be working with a prominent international professional services firm seeking a Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead their Life Sciences and Health Care sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the direction of a thriving practice area at the cutting edge of industry change.


In this pivotal position, you will design and deliver a forward-thinking strategy to enhance the sector’s profile, working closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the globe. You’ll inspire and guide a talented team, coordinate impactful campaigns, and nurture relationships with key industry bodies. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, overseeing the creation of compelling content and events, and ensuring a seamless approach to client engagement. You’ll also play a vital part in developing best practices, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring the sector remains at the forefront of innovation and client service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing and business development  ideally within professional services or the life sciences/healthcare field.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
