An exciting opportunity has arisen with a global law firm to lead research and insights. Reporting into the Global Business Development Director, based in London and leading a team in London, the US and EMEA, this is a critical role supporting and driving the firm’s strategic decision making based on internal and external data and analysis.
You will provide strategic advice and intelligence to the firm’s executive committee and support the business development function in winning work and client development activity.
Previous experience of working in the legal sector is not essential, however the successful candidate will have had experience of working within a professional services partnership or corporate environment previously. You will have a very strong track record and knowledge of research techniques and technologies, analysis and market and competitor intelligence. You will also be experienced and confident in communicating and presenting this information in a way which is focused on outcome and advice to support the firm in way which is linked to commercial outcome and opportunity.
The firm has a strong understanding and knowledge of how the market insights team can support the firm and therefore this is a really great and very visible role and function.
