Totum Partners is seeking a Senior Legal Cashier for a leading law firm for a 6-month FTC to lead a finance team project.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing monthly progress reports.
- Assisting fee earners in returning client money post-matter completion.
- Managing the firm's client funds reporting system to ensure compliance.
- Analysing finance systems and matter files for client account transactions.
- Processing credit notes, re-billing, and ledger adjustments.
- Seeking partner approval for client account withdrawals.
The ideal Senior Legal Cashier will possess:
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong prioritisation and deadline management skills.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision..
