A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join a leading law firm and their highly regarded Learning and Development function, to support the ongoing development of all members of staff. The team is responsible for several role-specific development programmes as well as regular firm-wide initiatives and creating individualized learning opportunities.

The successful candidate will be a highly efficient organiser, with the ability to deliver excellent work under pressure. They will demonstrate a proactive approach to their responsibilities as well as a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. The successful candidates will have proven experience working in a busy learning and development role, ideally within a law or professional services firm.

Key areas of the role will include:

  • Designing/Re-designing and delivering training for all populations;
  • Working with employees 1:1 on developmental areas as appropriate;
  • Keeping up to date with the latest approaches to learning and development;
  • Raising the internal profile of learning and development and encouraging a learning culture within the firm;
  • Managing and supporting the team with development centres/programmes and firm wide initiatives/projects as required;
  • Supporting and developing more junior members of the team.
