Senior L&D Programme Manager

A leading global law firm has an fantastic opportunity for a Senior L&D Programme Manager to join their successful and close-knit team.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the operational management of all internal programmes and learning initiatives within the L&D function.
  • Supporting with the annual business planning process working with the other Senior L&D team.
  • Managing L&D requests from across the business, managing the learning design and implementation.
  • Ensuring effective evaluation of all learning activities
  • Budget responsibility and managing the processing of external provider invoices and tracking.

The ideal candidate will be expected to have 5-7 years proven experience in a similar position within a professional services organisation and have gained the following additional skills:

  • Prior experience of leading a team.
  • A solid understanding of the complete learning cycle and operational management experience.
  • A good knowledge and experience of working with Learning Management Systems.
  • Ability to communicate and manage senior management stakeholders.
  • Proven organisational ability within a commercial and fast paced environment.
