Our client, a leading global law firm with a people-centric approach, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join their team on an 8-month fixed-term contract basis.
 
The Senior HR Manager will work closely with the London practices to ensure effective management of the workforce, meeting the firm’s strategic objectives. Key areas of focus include talent management, performance management and feedback, career management and promotion, diversity and inclusion, headcount management, work allocation, and people leadership.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a people strategy and plan that aligns with the firm’s business goals
  • Support leaders in developing their people management and leadership skills
  • Work with partners to manage diversity effectively and provide support for every individual to thrive and succeed
  • Identify high potential performers and develop retention plans for them
  • Manage the promotion process within the practice, ensuring fairness and consistency
  • Collaborate with the Resourcing team to manage trainee planning and recruitment
  • Facilitate and deliver training on specific internal courses as appropriate
