We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a highly regarded international law firm and their close-knit HR team in London. In this role, you'll be at the heart of ensuring operational excellence within their HR team, providing comprehensive support to specific fee-earning groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR Director and key stakeholders to understand the people needs of the practice and lead the HR Advisory team in delivering on that agenda.
  • Build strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders within the business.
  • Lead the delivery of an operationally excellent HR service across the full spectrum of HR generalist activities.
  • Support the HR Advisory team in managing all employee relations issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Provide operational support, guidance, and coaching to designated client groups on all HR matters, including the delivery of annual processes.
  • Identify and support the training and development needs of the HR team.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in professional services, with a strong preference for a background in the legal sector.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and work effectively with senior internal stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and significant experience in employee relations.
  • A collaborative and supportive working style.
