This UK law firm is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work together with the HR Director on the strategic focus of the HR function for the firm. You will be responsible for three direct reports and be the main driver to mentor, coach and develop the team whilst working with HR Director on some exciting HR projects.
As Senior HR BP you will be responsible for delivering the Advisory and Recruitment strands of the People Strategy and provide an effective HR service to the firm and its practice areas. You will be involved with commercial business partnering, L&D and resourcing, plus, work on delivering projects and managing the HR Team. This firm is driven by social values and they focus on positive social impact which shapes their decisions and the way the firm operates.
You will need to have proven HR Generalist experience within a law firm and have managed a team in the past.
