Senior Events Marketing Executive – London

We are delighted to be working with this leading firm who are looking for a talented, creative Events Marketing Executive to join their existing team based in London. This is a key role in the clients ongoing strategic growth and offers an excellent opportunity to work for a firm with a superb reputation and excellent culture.

 

The Senior Events Market Executive will work collaboratively across the firm to manage the coordination and execution of events, webcasts and client engagement portals for the London office. The role will be busy and varied and will be responsible for the planning and coordination of all aspects of campaigns and events which will include webinars, conferences, roundtables, virtual events, corporate hospitality and executive dinners.

 

The successful candidate for this Senior Events Marketing Executive role will organise and maintain an activity calendar for the London office and work collaboratively with peers across other European offices, work with stakeholder to provide analysis and feedback, monitor competitor and market activity and share findings, manage event budgets and coordinate and deliver marketing collateral such as presentations, invitations and corporate gifts.

 

The successful candidate for this Senior Events Marketing Executive role will have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, gained in a professional services environment, be educated to degree standard or have a relevant marketing qualification, have excellent project management skills, be a self starter and have good attention to detail. On the technical side, a good working knowledge of MS Office is essential, and some experience of email marketing software would be highly beneficial.
