Senior Events Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, creative Senior Events Advisor to join a leading global law firm who have a culture that is innovative, collaborative and inclusive. This role will join the existing high performing events team, to support the firms’ continued growth and strategic goals.
This Senior Events Advisor role will work closely with practice and sector groups, and the senior management team to create, plan, manage and deliver a wide range of medium and large scale in person and virtual client and internal events, ensuring that they are aligned to the firmwide BD & Marketing strategy, and all business development opportunities are maximised.
The role will be busy and have a brilliantly varied remit covering events from breakfast briefings to conferences and dinners and receptions for up to 300 people. The Senior Event Advisor will take ownership of the full lifecycle of each event in their portfolio, from initial concept meetings to post event ROI analysis.
The Senior Event Advisor will need to be super organised and creative, with the ability to introduce innovative new ideas to ensure the firms events remain market leading. The successful candidate for this Senior Events Advisor role will need to have:
- Strong experience of working on and leading a range of virtual and in person conferences and events.
- Experience of working in a Professional Services or global corporate matrix environment.
- Experience of UK and International events
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, coupled with a highly commercial mindset
