Are you an Employee Relations Specialist looking for a new and exciting opportunity? A leading international law firm is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Manager to join the HR Department and be responsible for the oversight and running of all employee relations cases in the firm to ensure best practice and consistency is applied across all grievances, disciplinaries, performance, long term sickness, wellbeing and conduct issues.
You will provide guidance to Partners and Managers on the interpretation and application of employment laws and regulations and advise and support the HR Team through employee relations cases.
This is a really exciting role where you will be the main driver for Employee Relations across the firm. You may have been an Employment Lawyer in the past looking for a change in career or a specialist in Employee Relations. You must have proven experience of working in either a law or professional services firm in the past and have extensive knowledge and experience within Employee Relations as you will the specialist in this area so proven experience in similar role is essential.
