A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a global law firm for a Senior Graduate Recruitment Adviser to join their forward-thinking and highly regarded Graduate Recruitment and Development team based in central London.

The team are responsible for recruiting high calibre candidates for vacation placements and Training Contracts. This role will require someone who has worked in the legal sector or has a background within professional services, and who has had significant experience of the processes involved in Graduate recruitment.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • With support and guidance, organise the seat move process for trainee solicitors to ensure that trainees receive the necessary guidance.
  • Manage the secondment process for trainees overseas and for client secondments.
  • To support the marketing of events, including social media.
  • Working closely with the Head of Recruitment and the Inclusion and Diversity manager ensuring best practice methods which align to the firms inclusion and diversity strategy.
  • To be responsible for screening applications and reviewing video interviews

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience of a similar role - ideally within a professional services organisation at Officer/Advisor level.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • A flexible approach to meet current and future business needs
  • Flexibility as the role will involve some travel and evening events
  • A good knowledge of relevant IT systems
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to quickly understand the Firm's HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives
  • Strong client service ethos and delivery focus
