We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join a Magic Circle City law firm. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be instrumental in delivering the firm’s marketing strategy, leading a talented team to ensure the highest standards across digital channels. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across the firm, engaging with both lawyers and business services professionals, and managing multiple projects with varying deadlines. CRM system and data experience is required in addition to campaign channel integration, delivery and measurement.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering multichannel digital marketing campaigns and plans.
  • Expertise in managing and optimising CRM systems, with strong data analysis skills and the ability to create data-driven narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Strong understanding of the client journey within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and develop robust relationships with lawyers and business services professionals.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects within tight deadlines, delivering high-quality work under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges and driving innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
