As the Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the client's new CRM system. This dynamic position involves a range of project-specific tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth transition and ongoing maintenance of the system. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Merging of Account Structures: Effortlessly merge client records within the CRM system to create a cohesive data structure.
  • Data Cleansing: Implement rigorous data cleansing procedures to harmonise records across multiple entities within the CRM system.
  • Post Go-Live Support: Provide essential support for various data-related tasks following the successful implementation of the new CRM system.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • CRM Experience: Proven experience in working on data projects related to CRM systems, with a preference for familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Data Cleansing Skills: A solid working knowledge of data cleansing tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, to effectively manipulate and analyse data.
  • Problem Solver: A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented individual with a knack for finding solutions.
  • Analytical Mindset: Highly numerical with a keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Data Protection Awareness: An understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations to ensure compliance throughout data management processes.
