We are delighted to be working with a forward thinking and progressive law firm to recruit a Senior CRM Systems Manager.

This CRM Systems Manager role will report into the Head of BD and will manage a small team of CRM and Data specialists. The CRM Systems Manager will play an integral part in the delivery of the BD & Marketing strategic plan and will be responsible for the delivery of the CRM systems strategy.


The CRM Systems Manager role will include overseeing the firms current CRM and e-marketing system (InterAction and Vuture) but will also encompass a significant project to drive engagement and deliver change.


The successful candidate for this CRM Systems Manager role will need:


  • Strong experience of managing a CRM system – experience of InterAction would be highly beneficial
  • Significant experience of leading engagement and change management initiatives
  • Strong data management skills (including experience with data governance, data maintenance and archiving procedures)
  • Excellent understanding of CRM system best practice
  • Experience of using eMarketing software (ideally Vuture) to deliver and report on campaigns
  • Experience of a project management application and PowerBI
  • Experience of system review and recommendations on future strategy
  • Great attention to detail
  • A lover of continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience gained in a professional services environment would be highly advantageous
