This newly created role as Senior Compensation, Benefits & Well Being Manager is an exciting opportunity to oversee and support all key annual reward processes and will be instrumental in driving efficiency and engagement and identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience and bring to life the employee value proposition. You will manage the day to day firm's compensation, benefits and well being programmes and work with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a law or professionals services firm in the past and be highly numerate with strong analytical and statistical skills - ideally in a previous senior compensation role.
