Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our existing IT infrastructure and cyber security defences we have in place and actively search for areas of improvement.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency, performance, and reliability, leveraging automation and best practices.
  • Implement robust security controls, identity management, and compliance frameworks to meet organisational and regulatory requirements.
  • Continually monitor and implement vulnerability management processes to ensure compliance with our security accreditations.
  • Implement and maintain role-based access controls, identity federation, and least privilege principles across cloud platforms.
  • Design, implement, and continually manage Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Administer and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, ensuring seamless user experience and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft Purview data categorization and governance policies to ensure proper data classification and compliance.
  • Manage Intune and endpoint security configurations, including device compliance, application deployment, and mobile device management.
  • Ensure adherence to Cyber Essentials requirements by implementing robust security controls and monitoring compliance across all systems

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, Endpoint, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, M365, Azure Services, AVD, Purview, E5, Defender, Tessian, Mimecast, IAM and Security principles.

This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH weekly.
