This leading international law firm are looking for a senior client relationship manager / senior account manager to join their EMEA client development team.

You will have responsibility for the development of three key accounts within the energy sector – priority clients for the firm with significant growth potential. You will work closely with the lead partners for these accounts in order to bring together and drive global teams. With exciting plans for the team, there is huge opportunity to make impact and help to shape both the accounts and the overall client programme. The team are well structured and you would have the support of a Client Relationship Executive and Assistant. You will also build relationships with procurement and legal teams and other key stakeholders in order to ensure the firm supports their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the client partner to create a strategic client plan and budget which aligns with the clients expectations and need.
  • Develop relationships across the client as well as internally
  • Become the main point of contact for that client alongside the client partner, developing insights and leading on the management of procurement engagement
  • Lead teams from multiple business lines / practice areas and jurisdictions to come up with a ‘one firm’ approach to the client
  • Lead on client listening and client feedback
  • Communicate with the wider marketing, BD and bids department on these clients.

We are looking for an individual who is either an existing Client Relationship Manager looking for a step up to Senior Management, a Senior BD Manager with Energy experience who would like to diversify into Key Account Management or someone with wider professional services experience with strong strategic account management experience.
