A top global law firm is looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Client Manager to join its Marketing & Business Development team, based in either London or Bristol. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing development and execution of the Global Client Programme — a cornerstone of the firm’s growth strategy.
Working closely with the Global Client Programme Lead, senior stakeholders across the firm, and client teams, you will help drive deeper, more strategic relationships with a small number of the firm's most important clients, with a focus on revenue and profitability growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of key client accounts across both the public and private sectors.

Partner with client-facing teams to implement tailored growth strategies and identify new opportunities.

Champion best practices in client relationship management and help embed these across the firm.

Build strong, enduring relationships with senior client contacts and internal stakeholders.

Analyse client performance data to inform strategy and track growth against agreed targets.

Oversee secondment strategies and support secondees throughout their placements.

Support and lead client listening initiatives to gather meaningful feedback and drive service improvement.

Coach and influence internal client teams to enhance the firm’s commercial approach.
What We’re Looking For
This role needs a confident and experienced individual who brings a deep understanding of professional services business development and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Experience working with public sector clients would be ideal.
Essential Experience and Skills:

Senior-level experience in marketing and business development within a professional services environment

Strong track record in client relationship management and business growth

Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments

Ability to analyse financial data and market intelligence to inform strategy

Skilled in CRM systems (experience with InterAction is a plus)

Exceptional influencing, coaching, and networking skills
